this is to inform that the Nutrition & Dietetics, ND108 is organizing a Food Culture Day.

there will be display of cuisines from 10 different countries around the world:
Africa, China, Greece, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Spain, Thailand, Vietnam..
don't worry, we're not selling anything.. XP
this is just to create awareness and exposure of the different kinds of international cuisines among IMU students..
there will be information on the historical perspectives, key ingredients, method of preparation, and flavor principles of the international cuisines.. and maybe samples for tasting =)
