Red Alert

On last Tuesday, a student was robbed off her laptop at the IMU open car park in the evening.

On Wednesday, 6.00am, a student's car was stolen. Four men with a gun went into her car and forced her to get out. She parked her car in front of Vista B. She was traumatised and had to request for her exmas to be postphoned.

Few days back, a student was robbed while crossing the road heading towards the IMU open car park.

Precautions IMU is taking now.......
1) Phone number of Mr. Amir, Head of Admin will be pasted somewhere around the hilltop car park. Contact him if you see any suspicious looking people around or if somethign happened to you.

2) IMU has requested the help of fellow students to report to Mr. Amir if you see any guards sleeping, if the guards are not patrolling the car park or if there are no guards at the IMU open car park.

3) Cars without an IMU yellow car sticker will not be permitted to park at the IMU open car park.

4) Student ID and formal gress code is a MUST starting from now. No ID or proper dresscode, you are not allowed into campus at all. It's all for safety reasons.

5) Students are required to remove their cars from IMU hill top car park by 6pm as the staircase gate will be closed by then. You will have to wait till 8pm, when the gurads go up there to close the main gate if you want to get your car.

6) Lights at th ehill top will be left on from 6am till 8pm.

7) Guards will be posted at the hill top car park from 7am till 7pm.

8) Do not leave any of your precious belongings at the library shelves.
